Erica Nothnagel, founder and director, understands that the migration process can be very complicated and stressful, as she migrated to New Zealand in 2003.
“This helps me to understand my clients better. I have developed a consistent and solid knowledge in many different policies and categories available under New Zealand Immigration Law. I completed a COP in Immigration Law and Practise from Massey University in 2008 and hold a full licence from the Immigration Advisors Authority; number 200900330. With this education and experience I am able to provide an array of options for my clients, keeping their best interest at heart.” |
There's now a law in place to promote and protect the interests of people receiving immigration advice and to enhance the reputation of New Zealand as a migration destination. The Immigration Advisers Authority is responsible for the regulation of the immigration advice industry, although we don’t give immigration advice ourselves.

| | Lee from Boatbuilding
This is a long term course for me but it gives me a chance to learn about my interests. I think it will be good for my future business back in Korea. New Zealand is famous in my country for Boat Building and I am lucky to study here.
My teacher has a lot of experience. I really like the workshops because they have a lot of tools that I can learn to use. I like Jireh because they cross credit my skills and they are also connected with BITO. They provide me with work experience later in my course and I hope that I will be able to impress them enough to get a full time job.
During my work experience I may obtain full time employment in the boating industry and if I want to do more training it will be quicker to become fully qualified.
